Model Request

If you’re interested in being a model for a project with Hazelwood Studios, please fill out the information below so we can contact you.

What to expect after your request:

We’ll get in touch and discuss the project and anything we’ll need to plan or gather to accomplish the vision. Model releases will be signed online.
We’ll plan a date and book hair and makeup artists if necessary for the project.
Arrive for your photoshoot ( feel free to bring someone you’re comfortable with along, but try to keep it to only one additional person please)
We’ll review your images, you will choose 3 images as compensation for your modeling time.
We’ll edit and complete the images for you, as well as our social media or marketing promotions.

Hazelwood Studios is a professional photography studio in Lindale TX, and a member of the Professional Photographers of America. We encourage you to verify the reputation of photographers when asked to model, and never accept a gig where you aren’t allowed to bring a friend along.
